At Stonary, we take pride in the quality and energy of every handcrafted piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@stonary.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@stonary.com within 7 days of delivery.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
